Delay / wait node

Would be fantastic to have a delay/wait (in time) block with the ability to have a fixed delay time before resending data / event.

Would also be fantastic to have the ability to set a random delay time between to points, so say between 5 sec and 15 secs.

This would be covered by the open feature requests for Delay node and Make it easier to play back video with a time delay.

For a random wait time, you could feed the output of Make Random Value into the time input of the proposed nodes.
