Finding Near Points In a List?

At :20:06 in this video Creating Geometry With VEX on Vimeo There’s a VEX function that finds the nearest point in a list. Is there something comparable in Vuo List Nodes to be able to find near points in a mesh?

To get the N points nearest to a target point, you could use Sort Points by Distance -> Cut List.

But if you’re trying to do something like in the video — where they have a mesh with thousands of points, and they’re connecting some of the points together into lines — that would probably be better suited to a GLSL geometry shader.
