Graphics cards - again :)

Looking to purchase a new top end system and wondering about graphics cards and vuo.
These seem to be the new ones, and wondering if anyone’s had experience with any of these and which one to go for.
Any help appreciated.

The Vuo team’s test results / known issues for various graphics cards are on https://vuo.org/gpu (last updated after your post).

The Radeon Pro 580X uses the X4000 driver. The one known issue involving that driver is slow performance on VDMX.

The Radeon Pro Vega 56 and Vega 64 use the X5000 driver. Although we don’t have these GPUs in-house, we recently had an opportunity to test on an iMac Pro one of them (not sure which) and didn’t discover any problems during that time.

For the multi-GPU options, be aware that each Vuo composition currently only supports using a single GPU. (We haven’t tested to see what happens if you try running multiple compositions with multiple GPUs.)

I’d recommend testing Vuo (including your own compositions / most used nodes) on the hardware before buying, if at all possible.
