Node Library window

Steps causing the bug to occur

  1. Run Vuo.
  2. View the node library as a separate window.
  3. Switch to another application.

Have you found a workaround?

No

Other notes

  • Vuo version: 2.0.1
  • macOS version: macOS 10.14
  • How severely does this bug affect you? Not much; I’m just letting you know about it.

When one switches to another application, isn’t to “conventional” and the right thing, for a window like the Node Library window to disappear. It is rather annoying that it always stays in front of other application windows. Perhaps a stretch to call it a bug, but pretty sure it isn’t a good behaviour.

Sorry … this was the case for 2.0.0 but it seems to be fixed in 2.0.1.
Please retract this report, it occured during the testing of the “compositions not running” bug in 2.0.1

Thanks for the update; we’ve closed this report.

Paul,

We were able to reproduce this by closing all composition windows. Then the node library remains visible (and on top) when switching to other apps.
