Steps causing the bug to occur

  1. I cannot send OSC message to a chooser address. Vuo uses always a random port address and not the address I give in the "Specify OSC IP output. (see attachment picture 1)

Have you found a workaround?

I downloaded from the forum a patch “send OSC” and it was working (picture 2). The node has the name “Make OSC IP Output” and not Specify. If I copy this node in the other patch it get the same behaviour as the specify node.

Other notes

  • Vuo version: 2.2.0
  • macOS version: macOS 10.14
  • How severely does this bug affect you? It prevents me from using Vuo at all.

In order for Specify OSC IP Output to provide the specific device, it needs to receive an event. See the diagram for one way to provide that.
