Does the Filter Skeleton node scale the NImate coordinates?

I am using Kinect V1 with Nimate 2.14 and I see that z’s are not in -1>+1 range although x’s and y’s seem to be so.
It’s been really confusing me with camera placement.
I am wondering if changing the coordinates and origin within Nimate is a good method or it’s better scalling all of the outputs with the method above?

The Filter Skeleton node passes through the values received from NI mate, except that it negates the X and Z coordinates so the directions will match up between NI mate and Vuo. It doesn’t scale the values to a -1 to 1 range or anything like that.
