"Nodes not installed" error when exporting an app containing a generic node and either `Make Image from Web Page` or NDI nodes

When exporting an app containing a node that specifies a minimum macOS version — currently just Make Image from Web Page or the vuo.ndi node set — Vuo is unable to handle generic nodes within the composition.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Open either GetItem-MakeImageFromWebPage.vuo or
    GetItemFromList-ReceiveNdiVideo.vuo.
  2. File > Export > Mac App…
  3. Error: “There was a problem exporting the composition. This composition contains nodes that aren’t installed.” In the details, it says Get Item from List is not installed.

Have you found a workaround?

Downgrade to Vuo 2.4.2.
