Steps causing the bug to occur

  1. Large amounts of OSC data eventually seeming to become sluggish or not coming into the port at all.

Have you found a workaround?

Restart vuo. (stop and restart the loader doesnt seem to fix it)

Other notes

  • Vuo version: 1.2.1
  • macOS version: OS X 10.10
  • How severely does this bug affect you? It prevents me from completing a specific task with Vuo.

I have yet to try running the vuo composition as an app to see if this solves it. Unfortunately the problem only seems to crop up after an hour or so of parsing OSC data so it hard to recreate. Can i please have an email address to send the composition in question?

@meno, you can send the composition via https://vuo.org/contact . Please include any instructions we’ll need to reproduce the problem, including how to send the OSC messages expected by the composition. If the composition is really huge or requires other inputs besides the OSC, I’d appreciate if you could pare it down to a fairly minimal example that demonstrates the problem.
