Add support for SDR. https://www.rtl-sdr.com/ is one I’ve poked around with some, it’s wide enough for FM broadcasts and some other neat stuff, others support more bandwidth for fancier stuff like digital video. Mixing in “live-from-the-airwaves” can make for some neat ephemeral effects.
Eventually, you could add TX support as well, and potentially require licensure based on geolocation and desired output frequency. In some jurisdictions, RX support may also require licensure.
(for the record, I think TX support is a stupendously bad idea, but maybe I’m wrong).
