Text Layer rendered differently on other screen in dual screen setup

Steps causing the bug to occur

  1. on a macbook pro with retina display in a dualscreen setup (external screen is main screen, laptop screen is secondary screen)
  2. create a “Make Text Layer”, connect it to “Render Layers to Window” and start composition (see vuo_text_composition.png)
  3. move the window from one screen to the other. when releasing the mouse the textlayer is resized
  4. move it back to the first screen, the textlayer is resized again

How did the result differ from what you expected?

I expect that a textlayer is relative to the size of the window. Might it be this is because of the retina display? i cannot test it on a different setup.
Other objects like “Make Oval Layer” does behave as expected and does not resize.

When did you first notice this bug?

While playing around

Have you found a workaround?

no

@inx, thanks for reporting this. I’ve confirmed there are some issues when moving windows between Retina and non-Retina displays. We’ll try to get this fixed in the next release.

Fixed in Vuo 1.2.0.
